HAPPY 16th BIRTHDAY GARRETT! We hope you have an awesome day. Remember that when you go to the Secretary of State to get your license that they CAN retake your picture. So if you think it's fugly, you tell that lady to retake it. Otherwise you'll be stuck with some horrible license picture until you are 21, trust me, I know cuz it happened to me. I looked totally stoned in my first license picture. lol Anyhow, we love you very much and we know you'll be a very responsible driver! lol Give Holly a pat on the head for me and tell everyone we said hey!
